The Manchester office of commercial property agent, Eddisons has finalised the letting of a 7,000 sq ft industrial unit on Parkway, Trafford Park to MDF kitchen panels importer and distributor, Redi 2 Fit.
Acting on behalf of Elland-based, Heywood William Plc, Eddisons’ team secured a three-year lease on the property off an asking rent of £4.30 per sq ft.
“Due to the amount of industrial space available at Trafford Park, including both second hand and new build units, it can be difficult to secure new tenants,” said Eddisons’ Stephen Capper. “In such situations market knowledge is essential as it allows you to identify potential occupiers and to target them quickly and effectively.”
