The Bradford office of leading commercial property agent, Eddisons recently completed the sale of a former Sunwin Motors Garage on Bradford Road, Keighley.
Comprising a 13,023 sq ft single storey building and approximately 1.2 acres of land, Eddisons marketed the property on behalf of Kings Oak Limited.
Located prominently on the corner of Bradford Road and Royd Ings Avenue and adjacent to Alston Retail Park, interest in the property was high and Eddisons found a buyer – with Barnfield Construction purchasing the site for a sum close to the £1million guide price.
“This was certainly a prime site with the potential for commercial, industrial and possibly even residential redevelopment,” said Eddisons’ John Padgett. “As a result we anticipated high levels of interest and were not disappointed.”
