Leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has finalised a five-year lease with AMF Spartan Metal Polishers to take a 4,731sq ft unit on Millshaw Park Industrial Estate, Leeds.
Acting on behalf of Evans Property Group, Eddisons agreed the lease with the local company, which chose to relocate from an industrial unit on the city’s Croydon Street as a result of continuing expansion, off an asking rent of £24,000 per annum.
Simon Croft of Eddisons’ commented: “Millshaw Park has been an on-going success story for Evans since its development in the 1970s, with its location just off the Beeston ring road being a key factor.”
“With Evans currently undertaking a programme of substantial refurbishment across the entire Park, it seems this success will continue for many years to come,” he continued.
