The Bradford office of leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has enjoyed yet more letting success on the city’s premier industrial site, The Euroway Trading Estate.
Following a short marketing period, Multigraphics Ltd took a seven year lease on a 22,841 sq ft warehouse opposite to its existing premises on the estate.
Meanwhile, Bradford’s prime estate, which already boasts the likes of B&Q and Royal Mail as long-term tenants, is set to be expanded by up to 3,000,000 sq ft in order to meet the on-going levels of high demand from prospective tenants.
Jonathan O’Conner, a surveyor in Eddisons’ Bradford office, commented: “The Euroway Trading Estate has excellent facilities and great access, and, has long been the jewel in Bradford’s industrial offering. As such, its on-going success has never come as any surprise and I’m certain the same will be said for the additional space once complete and ready to market.”

In addition to Multigraphics, Eddisons recently completed deals on the Euroway Estate that saw Prestigious Textiles Ltd let 11,320 sq ft and Budget Greeting Cards buy the freehold for an 84,900 sq ft warehouse.
