Eddisons - Get it right

Eddisons' Business Beside The Seaside

Eddisons’ industrial agency team has demonstrated its like for days beside the seaside by attracting an unprecedented amount of interest in the recently redeveloped Bridlington Business Park on the town’s Bessingby Way.

The former Turner Brothers building has undergone a £1million facelift courtesy of Bradford-based Bossdean Properties – a process that has seen it transformed form derelict eyesore into a major modern business park.

Simon Croft of Eddisons commented: “The quality of this development is of the kind you’d tend to associate with the outskirts of major city centres and as such it is proving to be an exceptionally popular location.”

Extending to six acres, the Bridlington Business Park features flexible warehouse and workshop units from 1,850 to 90,000 sq ft and open plan office accommodation from 876 to 11,500 sq ft. Targeted at expanding or start up businesses across a range of sectors, all available premises feature staff and visitor parking areas, service yards and 3-phase and single-phase electricity.

“As well as the excellent facilities, start up businesses or those opting to relocate to the park will benefit from Bridlington’s Renaissance Town status, which provides a number of different business support grants and initiatives offered through the East Riding of Yorkshire Council,” continued Simon Croft.

Prices on the Bridlington Business Park start at £3.50 per sq ft for leasehold warehouse space.
