The Bradford office of leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has finalised a deal that has seen the UK’s leading supplier of retailed aloe vera products move into Concept House on the city’s Brackenbeck Road.
Optima Health, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of William Ransom & Son Plc, opted to move its export operation across Bradford into the 51,650 sq ft site due to continued expansion.
“Concept House boasts excellent modern warehouse and office facilities in a location that is easy to access from both Bradford city centre and the M606. As a result we anticipated a great deal of interest in the property and weren’t disappointed with the result achieved,” said Eddisons’ John Padgett, who acted on behalf of Architectural Aluminium Ltd.
In addition to the internal facilities, the property also incorporated a large, fully-enclosed and secure surfaced yard and separate car park, and was offered with an asking rent of £170,000 per annum. Optima agreed to a ten-year lease.
