The Bradford office of leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has denied holy intervention following its appointment as sole letting agent for Cathedral House on the city’s Church Bank – instead they’ve got Smith Roberts Construction to thank.
The Bradford-based developer is currently converting and part rebuilding the three-storey derelict building, which overlooks Bradford Cathedral, into a number of new office suites and has instructed Eddisons to find tenants for them.
Located close to the Broadway shopping centre redevelopment and Little Germany, the three-storey Cathedral House will comprise up to six office suites. Ranging in size from 353 to 2,586 sq ft, all will be finished to exceptionally high standards and will be complemented by the building itself, which is stone built and features extensive glass curtain walling and attractively designed public areas.
“This is one of only a handful of new build office developments in Bradford city centre in the last 20-years, and if you combine the interest that in itself will generate with the quality of the accommodation and the location it’s fair to say that Cathedral House will prove to be a hugely popular and successful development,” said Eddisons’ Jonathan O’Connor.
