We deal with all types of commercial and industrial property, property auctions, machinery and business assets, property management, facilities management and landlord and tenant. The core departments are supported by specialist sections including building consultancy, rating, investment and development, banking and insolvency and planning. We also have specialist skills in relation to brownfield sites and remediation solutions.
Eddisons acts for Plcs, regional and local companies. We look after their interest not only in the North of England but throughout the UK. We are also supervising certain clients' property interests in Europe and North America.
Training
We give full support to graduates who are seeking to become Chartered Surveyors and who require in office support to gain the necessary Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
The firm is also developing internal training resources to meet the requirements of the RICS for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This ensures that the training programmes are particularly relevant to the professional services provided by Eddisons.
