Eddisons has a Capital Markets division which operates throughout the country.  The team which is made up of experienced surveyors specialises in assisting clients with the following areas:

Commercial Investment Acquisition and Disposal

We focus on identifying exceptional investments for clients, often off market and provide asset management advice from pre-purchase through to disposal,  delivering exceptional returns to our clients.

For clients wishing to dispose of commercial investments, we provide specialist strategic sales advice and develop bespoke marketing strategies coupled with marketing the property to our extensive network of contacts made up of Property Companies, Funds, Investors, Developers and Agents throughout the UK. 

Development Consultancy

For clients looking to develop a new scheme, we provide tailored development advice, appraisal, bespoke letting campaigns and project consultancy.  Whilst ensuring that one point of contact from within the Capital Markets department manages the process, where appropriate we are able to draw upon the wider skills of other specialist surveyors within the Eddisons business, ensuring that the most appropriate resources are applied to a project ensuring a smooth process throughout.   

Asset Management

Our tailored asset management offering includes company formation, funding, stock selection, management and income enhancement through change of use, filling voids, redevelopment, refurbishment and lease re-gears.  All mandates include quarterly valuations, asset management valuations and recommendations when required.  The minimum investment is £100,000 although syndications are also available.

Funding

Where a client requires funding for purchases, re-financing or development, we are able to advise and assist with the process.  We have strong relationships with most institutional funders which allows us to source and structure the best debt available in the market.

Out of Town Retail Demand Analysis

Our Capital Markets department are experienced at concluding open market and off market lettings for out of town centre retail properties.  Where necessary, this activity includes obtaining new planning consents to allow retail use and widening of existing planning consents to improve retail demand and rents.
