Horsforth Live at Home Scheme

This charity is dedicated to making the lives of local elderly people more manageable, sociable and fun. Operating from Horsforth Methodist Church on Town Street, organiser Barbara says;

‘’We run weekly coffee mornings, shopping days, lunch clubs along with annual holidays and bus trips. The aim is for the local people to always have somewhere they can come, meet new people, catch up with old friends and hopefully make their daily lives a little easier.’’

Eddisons has been involved with this wonderful Horsforth charity since we first opened our Horsforth branch. We offer practical as well as financial contributions. In December our team helped our when hundreds of older people came to collect gifts of Xmas food parcels.
