Eddisons £100 Draw
Valid for competitions from the date of 12/03/12 – 06/04/12 – Competition has now been extended until the 30th April 2012.
By participating you agree to the following General terms & conditions;
Open to all UK residents, unless stated otherwise. Not open to employees, associates or families of employees of Eddisons Residential Limited.
Maximum one entry per person/address. Entries made via agent, in person, or through 3rd party agencies not permitted.
Entries between the date of 12/03/12 and close of the 30/04/12 only. Any other dates/times not applicable.
Winner will be selected at random within 5 days of the closing deadline from all entries received.
Eddisons reserves the right to disqualify any late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid or duplicate entries.
For online entries: We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for any
disruption to the promotion or website due to technical problems or events outside of responsible control.
To enter we will ask you to register your personal details with us. Your personal details will be used in accordance with the current published Privacy policy and will be passed on to our agents to administer the promotion and send out prizes.
If the prize winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a 7 days period, or is returned, Eddisons reserves the right to select a new winner, at random. We are not responsible for anyone who has not responded.
No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of Eddisons. We reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be transferred or sold by winners.
Eddisons has arranged this promotion in good faith but, to the fullest extent allowed by law, accepts no responsibility for loss or damages as a result of anyone participating. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Eddisons reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion or extend or resume the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the promotion can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons or if we suspects that any person has been manipulating entries or the results or has acted unethically in any other way.
If we require a response before awarding any prize and no response is received within a reasonable period of time (7 days), we reserve the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and will award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the first name(s) selected. Any prize which is returned as undelivered will be used for another prize draw or given to charity.
The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

Email safety In the event that we wish to contact you in connection with your entry we will do so via an email or by phone with a follow up e-mail. Any email which appears to come from Eddisons, but using an ending other than @eddisons.com should be treated with suspicion and forwarded to Customer Services. DO NOT respond or act on any e-mail if you are not sure that it comes from Eddisons. If you are in any doubt please contact us on 0113 239 0094.
Winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further payment or permission. We would need to publish your first name, surname and location, but not full address.
For information regarding the names of the winners you may contact us on 0113 2390094, entries will not be drawn until 5days after the closing date.
Eddisons decision is final and we reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.
The laws of England apply and any disputes will be dealt with in the English courts only.
Travel and accommodation are not included.
